Return & Refund Policy – Digital Products
Effective Date: 10.11.2025 (updated)
All products sold on Bestfeel Store are digital downloads (songs, eBooks, etc.). Orders are delivered instantly to your email after successful payment. Because digital files can be copied, all sales are final once a download link is delivered.
1) When we can help (no-cost fixes)
We’re happy to promptly resolve the following—this isn’t a cash refund, but a free fix/re-delivery:

Didn’t receive the download email/link (check Spam/Promotions first).

Wrong item delivered (we’ll send the correct file).

File won’t open / is corrupted (we’ll re-send a working file).

Duplicate charge for the same order (we’ll void/credit the duplicate).

Include Order Number, payment proof (last 4 digits/UTR), and a one-line issue note.
2) Non-refundability (standard)

Change of mind / mistaken purchase → not eligible.

Downloaded/accessible files → non-refundable.

Price changes / promotions after purchase → not eligible.
Wherever applicable, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3) Timing & response

We typically respond within 24–48 business hours.

Re-deliveries are usually completed as soon as possible after validation.
4) Payment issues

Failed payment but debited? Your bank/UPI may auto-reverse within a few hours. If not, share the UTR/transaction ID; we’ll coordinate.

Duplicate charge? We’ll verify and void/credit the duplicate.
5) Taxes & currency

Prices may include applicable GST/taxes.

Charges are processed in INR unless stated otherwise by your payment provider.
🎤 Bestfeel Connect — Return/Reschedule Policy (Sessions)
All confirmed fan–celebrity sessions are non-refundable.
We’ll always try to ensure you get your 10-minute experience fairly and safely.
Reschedules (no extra cost):

Celebrity-initiated delay/cancellation: We’ll reschedule at the earliest available slot or refund as a fan would prefer.

Technical failure verified on our side: Reschedule provided.

Fan no-show / late join, No reschedule/refund.
Session rules (for everyone’s safety):

Only Verified Fans may book.

Start with a brief video ID check; celebrity may continue on audio.

No recording, sharing, or public posting without written permission.

Harassment, abuse, or policy violations → session terminated with no refund and possible account ban.
