By accessing and using Bestfeel Store (www.bestfeelstore.com), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Product Sales

We offer downloadable digital content including songs (both human- and AI-assisted) and eBooks.

All purchases are delivered instantly via digital download and are non-refundable.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for private enjoyment only.

Redistribution, resale, commercial use, or public performance without prior written permission is prohibited.

2. Artist Submissions

We welcome original song submissions from artists whose works are copyrighted or eligible for copyright registration.

By submitting, you confirm that the content is your own and that you own or control all rights to it.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication on the store.

3. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information is used only as needed for payment processing, communication, or legal compliance.

4. Modifications

Bestfeel Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

5. AI-Assisted Content

Some songs available on Bestfeel Store are created with the assistance of advanced AI technology, used under paid memberships owned by Bestfeel that allow commercial use.

All works are conceived, guided, and finalized under human creative direction at Bestfeel Studio.

Ownership and rights to such works remain with Bestfeel Music.

6. Bestfeel Radio

Bestfeel Radio is the official music app of Bestfeel, offering nonstop streaming of Bestfeel’s original songs and artist playlists.

It is available free of cost on the Google Play Store:

Listening through the app is governed by the same personal, non-commercial use terms as our downloadable content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Bestfeel Store — including songs, eBooks, logos, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Bestfeel, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Bestfeel Store shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.

9. Bestfeel Connect Programme

Bestfeel Connect is a verified fan–celebrity interaction programme hosted on the Bestfeel platform.

  • Each fan session is a paid, time-bound 10-minute Google Meet call with participating celebrities, including actors, comedians, sportstars, singers, musicians, music directors, and sound engineers.

  • All sessions are scheduled and managed by Bestfeel to ensure authentic, respectful, and secure experiences for both fans and celebrities.

  • Participation is open only to Verified Fans, who must submit the official Bestfeel Connect Fan Application Form.

  • Fans are required to check eligibility, provide genuine details, and comply with session etiquette guidelines.

  • Celebrities or their authorized managers can register via the Bestfeel Connect Celebrity Enrolment Form. Rates may vary and are subject to change at the celebrity’s discretion.

  • Bestfeel acts solely as a facilitator between fans and celebrities and is not responsible for the content or outcome of live conversations.

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of verified technical failure or cancellation by the celebrity, in which case a reschedule or refund (as applicable) may be offered at Bestfeel’s discretion.

  • Users are expected to behave courteously and refrain from recording, sharing, or distributing any part of the live interaction without written permission.

  • Misuse, harassment, or violation of privacy will lead to permanent suspension from the platform.
