1. What is Bestfeel Connect?

Bestfeel Connect is a platform that enables short, live Google Meet sessions between fans and their favourite artists and public figures β€” managed by Bestfeel, a Govt-registered entity.

Each experience is designed to be personal, respectful, and memorable β€” typically 10-30 minutes.


2. How the session works

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the Google Meet link is emailed to both the fan and the artist.

  • Both parties are encouraged to join on time to enjoy the full duration of the session.

  • Google Meet does not disconnect automatically, so the session can be ended manually once the time is completed.

The aim is to ensure smooth, easy and enjoyable interactions for everyone involved. πŸ’›


3. Healthy & respectful conversations

To keep every session pleasant and safe:

  • Please maintain a respectful and friendly environment

  • Recording of call is prohibited.

  • The Meet link must remain private to prevent unwanted interruptions

If any participant feels uncomfortable at any point, the call may be ended early.


4. Respect & care for artists ✨

Artists generously share their time and creativity in each session.

If they face discomfort or inappropriate behaviour, they may end the call and inform us for support.

Refund & No-Show Policy

We aim to keep the process fair for both fans and celebrities:

βœ… 1. Booking not confirmed within 48 hours

If your booking is not confirmed by the celebrity within 48 hours, it will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a 100% refund.

βœ… 2. Celebrity unable to join the confirmed call

If the celebrity is unable to attend the confirmedΒ  call for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund, after basic verification.

❌ 3. Fan unable to join the confirmed call

If the fan is unable to join, joins very late, or misses the confirmed time slot due to any reason, the booking will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

6. Keeping Bestfeel Connect positive & safe

  • Users who repeatedly disturb or misuse the system may be restricted
