Artist Information & Session Guidelines

Bestfeel Connect enables artists to connect with fans through private live video sessions, creating meaningful and memorable experiences.

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or a similar secure video platform.

Bestfeel Connect offers two types of sessions:

1. Fan Interaction Sessions
Private video calls where fans can personally interact with their favourite artist.

2. Online Music Sessions (Coming Soon)
Private live music performances where fans experience an intimate online concert with the artist.


How the Booking Process Works

• A fan books a session through the Bestfeel Connect platform.

• The artist receives an email notification requesting confirmation of the booking.

• Once the artist confirms, a separate email with the session joining link will be sent.

• The artist simply joins the session at the scheduled time using the provided link.


1. Fan Interaction Sessions

These sessions allow fans to personally interact with their favourite artist through a private video call.

The interaction may include:

• Greetings and casual conversation
• Fan questions or messages
• Personal wishes (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)
• Friendly interaction with the artist

The conversation remains informal and relaxed, depending on the artist’s comfort and preference.


2. Online Music Sessions (Coming Soon)

Online Music Sessions are designed as exclusive private live performances, allowing fans to enjoy an intimate musical experience with the artist from anywhere in the world.

These sessions may include live singing, musical performances, and brief interaction with the audience between songs.

Before the Session Begins

Artists are requested to:

Join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Greet the audience and briefly confirm that audio and video are clear.
• Check that the sound level of the instrument or music track is comfortable for listeners before beginning the performance.

During the Performance

• The artist’s video will remain on throughout the performance.
• The artist may request the audience to keep their microphones muted during songs to avoid disturbance.
Between songs or midway, the artist may invite the audience to unmute themselves for questions or song requests.
• After interaction, the artist may again request the audience to mute their microphones so the performance can continue smoothly.


Technical Readiness (For Online Music Sessions)

To ensure good audio and video quality for the audience, artists are requested to make the following arrangements for online music sessions:

• It is recommended that the session be joined from a laptop rather than a mobile device for better stability and control.

• For music performances, microphone inputs should preferably be routed through an audio mixer, and the mixer output should be connected to the laptop to provide clean audio to Google Meet.

• Artists are encouraged to have a technical assistant present during the session to manage audio levels, track playback, and overall technical setup.

• If arranging this setup at home is not convenient, artists may consider conducting the online music session from a professional studio near their residence, where proper audio equipment and technical support are available.

As these sessions are conducted live over the internet, minor variations in audio or video quality may occasionally occur depending on internet connectivity and network conditions.


If a Session Cannot Be Attended

Artists are encouraged to join confirmed sessions whenever possible. However, if for any reason the artist is unable to attend, the booking may be automatically cancelled and the fan will receive a full refund as per platform policy.


Payments & Platform Fee

For each confirmed booking:

Bestfeel retains a 10% platform fee.
TDS @ 10% will be deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws.


Payment Timeline

Domestic Payments (India)

Payments will be transferred to the artist’s registered bank account within 48–72 hours after the funds are received and cleared in the Bestfeel account.

International Payments

If payment is received from overseas, the payout will be processed within 48–72 hours after the funds are reflected in Bestfeel’s account, after deducting:

• Applicable TDS
PayPal or international payment processing charges, where applicable.


Booking Demand

Bookings depend entirely on fan interest and public demand.
Bestfeel Connect does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings.


Artist Profile & Promotion

Bestfeel may use the artist’s name, photograph, and profile information for promoting the artist’s presence on the Bestfeel Connect platform.
