Artist Information & Session Guidelines

Bestfeel Connect enables artists to interact with fans through private live video sessions, creating meaningful and memorable moments. These sessions may include conversation, greetings, music, or short performances at the artist’s discretion.

Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or a similar secure video platform.

How the Booking Process Works

  1. A fan books a session through the Bestfeel Connect platform.

  2. The artist receives an email notification requesting confirmation of the booking.

  3. Once the artist confirms, a separate email with the session joining link will be sent.

  4. The artist simply joins the session at the scheduled time using the provided link.

If a Session Cannot Be Attended

Artists are encouraged to join confirmed sessions whenever possible. However, if for any reason the artist is unable to attend, the booking may be automatically cancelled and the fan will receive a full refund as per platform policy.

Payments & Platform Fee

For each confirmed booking:

  • Bestfeel retains a 10% platform fee.

  • TDS @ 10% will be deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws.

Payment Timeline

Domestic Payments (India)

Payments will be transferred to the artist’s registered bank account within 48–72 hours after the funds are received and cleared in the Bestfeel account.

International Payments

If payment is received from overseas, the payout will be processed within 48–72 hours after the funds are reflected in Bestfeel’s account, after deducting:

  • Applicable TDS

  • PayPal or international payment processing charges, where applicable.

Booking Demand

Bookings depend entirely on fan interest and public demand.
Bestfeel Connect does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings.

Artist Profile & Promotion

Bestfeel may use the artist’s name, photograph, and profile information for promoting the artist’s presence on the Bestfeel Connect platform.
